Fay’s Easy Cheesy Nibbles

Ingredients

1 cup flour
2 tsps baking powder
¼ tsp mustard
pinch cayenne pepper
75g butter
100g cheese, grated
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp HannaBerryFarm chutney

Method

Sift dry ingredients in a bowl. Rub in butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add
beaten egg, cheese and chutney. Mix together into a soft ball of dough. Place on floured
surface and roll out to 5mm thickness. Cut into small shapes or punch out with round bottle
top or similar object. Bake at 150 deg C (fan oven) or 170 deg C for no more than 10

minutes. Makes about 60 nibbles. Very tasty served warm with a glass of wine.
